NEW LAYOUT!!!
In honor of the release of Breaking Dawn, I figured I would do a layout of Bella and Edward before Supernatural comes back on and I am forced to make about a million of those layouts. So enjoy, all you Twilight fans!
I have added five new wallpapers to the site:
- "My Star": I really liked how this one turned out. I did this one as a request from a friend on Live Journal. I'm not too happy with the way the text turned out, but I like the rest.
- "Bliss": I'm a Buffy/Sam crossover nerd and I've wanted to make a wall of them for a while, so here you go. I love the manip of Sam sleeping, but the images of Buffy and Sam apart still don't work too well for me.
- "You Owe Me Nothing" : This is a favorite of mine as I really like the Buffy/Faith femslash and have always wanted to make a good manip of them. The lighting on this piece worked out a lot nicer than I though it would and I really enjoyed it as an overall piece.
= "Pure Morning" - This was my lame attempt at a Faith/Dean crossover at about four in the morning. I like how Faith turned out, but I really need to rework Dean. Lots of people on my LJ liked it, so I figured I would post it here, but later fix it up.
- "Lost but Not Forgotten" - This is one of my favorite pieces I have ever made. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love Jess and Sam and I had been wanting to make a nice couple piece of them for a while. Unfortunately any of my other pieces that included Jess really turned out poorly, so I worked harder on this one. The images are some of my favorites and I love the brushwork. I think the coloring is an unconscious thing because the pairing always remind me of college and the U of M, which is near me, has maroon and gold colors.
Round 29 has 23 nominees. Once I get two more entries, I can close the round. I have added Smallville as a fandom, but I can only allow Season One and Two videos because I am only that far in the show right now.

I'm so out of it now. I camped out on Sunday at 5 am for the Supernatural panel at Comic Con. It was beyond awesome. But didn't go back to sleep until about 11 this morning. We had to catch a red eye out of LA at midnight and I didn't sleep at all. So I'm a big mess.
Check out my LJ for the minute by minute account of the panel. It has spoilers, but they are all behind cuts, so it's your choice on that. I got thousands of photos, but I only posted 26 so far. I wanted to post something for you guys, but I cannot do all of it now. They are in the gallery. These are actually property of my husband and me, so please give proper credit to my site and do not post them elsewhere. Feel free to use them for artwork and such with proper credit.
As for everything else, awards, updates, etc., I am back into my normal routine tomorrow.

THE ELECTRICITY IS BACK ON!!!!
I love it. We have been out of electricity since Thursday and it has been scary here. 80 mph winds and storms, no fun. One of my trees fell on my roof and dented it and all our food was ruined, but we are getting a claim and we got new food, so all is well. You'd think it was Christmas the way I was carrying on when the lights came back on. I was like a little kid all running around happy.
Okay, so as soon as I had the electric back and we did all the household things, I decided to post the reviews for Round 27. If you won awards in Round 27, your review is posted, so check it out.
Round 29 already has 13 nominees - woo hoo! Keep them coming!
